Robert McLauchlin has been in healthcare his entire life. His father was a dedicated physician who enlisted a very young Bob to help him at his practice. "When I was old enough to understand how the practice functioned, I would tell him my observations and recommendations. We both soon realized that a pair of eyes from the outside could see things that were overlooked everyday in the hustle and bustle of clinic management," Bob says. It wasn't long before his dad was asking his advice - and then other doctors caught on too.
